Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel vehicles, including gearboxes, transmissions, and related components Conduct fault-finding and propose cost-effective repair solutions Rebuild and refurbish diesel engines and transmissions to manufacturer standards Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections Ensure that all repairs and services are carried out efficiently and within allocated time frames Maintain accurate service records and documentation Follow all health and safety regulations in line with company policies Assist with quality control and testing of repaired components Provide technical support to other team members when required Requirements: Qualified Diesel Technician (Red Seal / Trade Test Certificate essential) Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience working on diesel engines and transmissions in the motor industry Experience within the motor or heavy-duty gearbox industry essential Strong mechanical aptitude with diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of modern diagnostic tools and software Valid driver’s license (Code 8 or higher) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skills Motor Industry experience Essential   Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
