About the Role
Customer Experience People SA Ltd is seeking a talented and passionate Customer Service Advisor to join our team as part of our eThekwini project. As a key member of our customer operations, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to our customers via various channels, including phone, live chat, social media, and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions throughout their entire journey from searching for holidays to post-travel follow-up
- Deliver first-time resolution regardless of the contact method
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and sales results
- Support Customer Service Agents with package sale conversions and step in when needed for customer service issues
- Proactively provide feedback and make recommendations to improve processes and customer experiences
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in a travel sales role
- Positive can-do attitude
- Experience of working in a service environment
- Strong passion for continued learning
- Drive for achieving results
- Strong IT skills and the ability to use multiple systems at one time
- Enthusiastic self-starter
Qualifications
- At least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: R150,000 – R180,000 per annum

- Attendance Bonus up to R1750
