About the Role

RPO Recruitment is seeking a skilled Data Capturer to join our client’s team in Ethekwini, KwaZulu-Natal. As a Data Capturer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company’s data systems, working closely with internal teams to support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture, update, and maintain accurate information on internal systems and databases.
  • Verify the correctness of data and follow up on discrepancies where necessary.
  • Ensure all documents are recorded, stored, and filed according to company procedures.
  • Assist with generating reports and compiling data when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Data Capturer or in an administrative/data entry role.
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in computer applications.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
