About the Role
RPO Recruitment is seeking a skilled Data Capturer to join our client’s team in Ethekwini, KwaZulu-Natal. As a Data Capturer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company’s data systems, working closely with internal teams to support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture, update, and maintain accurate information on internal systems and databases.
- Verify the correctness of data and follow up on discrepancies where necessary.
- Ensure all documents are recorded, stored, and filed according to company procedures.
- Assist with generating reports and compiling data when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Perform general administrative duties to support operational efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Data Capturer or in an administrative/data entry role.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in computer applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a strong sense of accountability.
