About the Role
An established fashion textiles company is seeking a suitable and experienced candidate to fill the role of Personal Assistant to the Director. This position is based in Springfield, Durban. We are looking for someone who can provide administrative and personal support to our Director and help manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and personal support to Director
- Manage diaries, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
- Draft correspondence, minutes and reports as required
- Liaise with clients and internal departments
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Relevant industry experience, preferably within fashion, textiles, or manufacturing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
