An established fashion textiles company is seeking a suitable and experienced candidate to fill the role of Personal Assistant to the Director .This position is based in Springfield, Durban . Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and personal support to Director Manage diaries, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements Draft correspondence, minutes and reports as required Liaise with clients and internal departments SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSETS Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant Excellent organizational and time management skills High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Relevant industry experience, preferably within fashion, textiles, or manufacturing environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Requirements: Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant Excellent organizational skills; Discretion with confidential information Proficiency in MS Office Relevant industry experience is preferred SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSETS
