Reservationist | Luxury Hotel | Durban Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional Reservationist to join the team at a luxury hotel in Durban. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and able to deliver outstanding service while managing reservations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Handling reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems. Providing guests with accurate information about rates, availability, and hotel services. Ensuring all bookings are entered correctly into the system. Coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Maintaining a professional and welcoming approach in all communications. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Computer literacy and familiarity with hotel reservation systems. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Package: Salary: R8,000 – R10,000 per month (negotiable depending on experience).
