Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Proven experience in technical improvement projects within production environments
Strong grasp of automated systems, robotics, and data analytics
Solid understanding of production flows, control systems, and optimization strategies
Comfortable working in GMP or similarly regulated environments
Valid passport & driver’s license
Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands for long-term opportunities
Afrikaans fluency (spoken & written, VISA requirement)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

? Hands-on project work focused on efficiency, process improvement, and system upgrades
? Ability to analyze production data and implement performance enhancements
