Job Summary
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical background
- Excellent leadership skill
- Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and repair procedure
Key responsibility
- Team management: lead and motivate a team of technicians, advisors and support staff to achieve service department goals
- Customer service: ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Operations management: oversee daily service department operation, including workflow, inventory management and quality control
