Key Responsibilities: Assist with administrative duties such as managing schedules, processing orders, and maintaining documentation for the food and beverage department. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory orders, and supplies for both front and back-of-house operations. Monitor and update food and beverage inventory, ensuring that stock is well-organized and items are used efficiently. Assist in the preparation of food and beverage reports, tracking sales, costs, and inventory consumption. Ensure that all invoices, purchase orders, and receipts are processed and filed accurately. Support the team with the preparation of weekly or monthly stocktakes and assist with reconciling stock discrepancies. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any supply issues. Help with the management of food and beverage budget and cost control by tracking departmental expenses and operational costs. Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth communication and supply chain operations. Provide general administrative support to the Food and Beverage Manager and other team members as required. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry. Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations and inventory control. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with POS or food management systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Professional demeanor and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
