Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in renewable energy or technical solutions Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Technical understanding of solar energy systems and renewable energy solutions (advantageous) Valid drivers license and ability to travel to client sites Skills & Competencies Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously Professional approach and business acumen
