About the Role

Set high on the hills overlooking the Franschhoek Valley, this award-winning restaurant offers a unique culinary and wine adventure and absolute exclusivity in every respect. Serving only 48 guests, this fine dining restaurant focuses on modern international cuisines fused with locally farmed South Africa ingredients, fresh produce and intricately plated set menus with or without wine pairing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations with a team of passionate service-minded individuals
  • Manage front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Coordinate kitchen operations to meet high culinary standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain relationships with local suppliers

Requirements

  • Min 4 years experience within a la carte fine dining restaurants
  • Good exposure and confidence in promoting and serving signature SA wines
  • Excellent culinary knowledge and all-round understanding of food, ingredients, and plating components

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Hospitality or related field (optional)
