The position offers a salary of R40,000 – R50,000 per month , negotiable depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Develop innovative menus that highlight local and sustainable ingredients. Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver outstanding culinary experiences. Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards within the kitchen. Ensure consistency in food preparation and service across all dining areas. Requirements: Formal culinary qualification from a recognised institution.
