Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Allocate duties to housekeeping staff and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and quality. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues. Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and linen, ensuring sufficient stock levels. Liaise with the maintenance team regarding any issues identified during inspections. Train new housekeeping staff and ensure ongoing development of the team. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hospitality environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Good communication skills and a professional demeanor. Proficient in basic computer skills and housekeeping management systems. Must be flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
