Overview
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an exceptionally polished and experienced Lodge Manager / Housekeeper for a newly developed 5-bedroom luxury lodge in Franschhoek. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a mature, detail-focused hospitality professional with extensive 5-star experience. The lodge is set to open to guests in approximately three months.

Package
Salary: R20,000 R30,000 per month, depending on experience
Accommodation: Included on the estate
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
Oversee the full daily operations of the lodge and its housekeeping department
Select, train and supervise housekeeping staff to 5-star standards
Develop, implement and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ensure immaculate presentation of all guest areas at all times
Deliver personalised guest service and manage guest relations professionally
Maintain strict discretion, confidentiality and high service ethics
Manage the lodge for both leisure guests and small, exclusive corporate retreats
Ensure the property consistently meets luxury hospitality standards
