Reservationist – Luxury Guest Farm | Franschhoek Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Reservationist to join a Luxury Guest Farm based in the beautiful Franschhoek region. This role offers a salary of R20,000 per month , negotiable depending on experience, and is ideal for an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Key Responsibilities: Handle all reservations and booking enquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email. Manage room allocations, confirmations, cancellations, and special requests efficiently. Maintain accurate records and ensure all guest information is correctly captured in the booking system. Work closely with front-of-house, housekeeping, and management teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. Assist in creating and updating rate structures, promotions, and packages. Provide guests with detailed information about the property, amenities, and surrounding area. Support the management team with administrative and reporting duties as required. Requirements: Previous experience in a reservations or front office role within a luxury hospitality environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach. Proficiency in reservation systems and computer literacy (MS Office and property management software). Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanour and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
