<p><strong>Luxury Wellness Retreat & Hotel</strong> close to <strong>Franschhoek</strong> is looking for a <strong>Wine & Dine Lead.</strong></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>passionate person</strong> with <strong>positive energy</strong>, significant <strong>practical experience</strong> & knowledge within the <strong>hospitality industry.</strong></p><p>Were looking for a <strong>knowledgeable </strong>and<strong> passionate wine</strong> and <strong>dining lead</strong> with experience in <strong>quality hospitality</strong> and a genuine love for <strong>farm-to-table cuisine</strong>.</p><p>This role requires a <strong>deep understanding </strong>of <strong>ingredients</strong>, <strong>culinary intent</strong> and <strong>wine pairings,</strong> guiding the <strong>service team</strong> to deliver a <strong>thoughtful </strong>and <strong>memorable dining</strong> experience.</p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><p>Brings solid experience in hospitality with a strong passion for farm-to-table values</p><p>Understands ingredients and can clearly communicate the story and intention behind each dish and wine pairing</p><p>Leads and mentors the service team to ensure confident, smooth and warm dinner service</p><p>Collaborates closely with chefs and food & beverage teams, leading the wine and beverage program to elevate the evening dining experience</p><p>Primarily responsible for night shifts during peak season, balancing leadership with hands-on service.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>Grade 12</p><p>A formal hospitality qualification</p><p>At least 2+ years of experience in luxury operation as a F&B / Restaurant Manager with the experience to lead in a small operational team</p><p>Excellent wine knowledge</p><p>Fully computer literate</p><p>Ability to monitor & ensure compliance</p><p>Demonstrates high levels of resilience in demanding environments with a positive outlook in challenging situations</p><p>You should be passionate about hospitality and regenerative practices, knowledge and love of all things wellness will be an advantage.</p><p> </p>
