Requirements: National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4 3 years’ experience in HR & Payroll Administration (SAGE 300 People) Experience with Time & Attendance systems Responsibilities: Process new engagements, terminations & employee updates Provide accurate advisory services on payroll matters Support employees with HR-related information Participate in disciplinary hearings & counselling sessions Advise managers & staff on policies, grievances & disciplinary actions Guide teams on HR procedures & practices Abilities / Competencies / Knowledge: Resilience under pressure Reliability & prioritization Attention to detail & accurate reporting Results-oriented mindset
