NOW HIRING: ADMIN AND WAGE ADMINISTRATOR Location: Ficksburg, Free State & Lesotho Are you a detail-driven HR and payroll professional with a passion for people and precision? Our client is looking for an experienced Admin and Wage Administrator to manage employee records, payroll processes, and provide supportive HR services across multiple locations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making systems run smoothly, this could be your next opportunity! Requirements: National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4 3 years’ experience in HR & Payroll Administration (SAGE 300 People) Experience with Time & Attendance systems Responsibilities: Process new engagements, terminations & employee updates Provide accurate advisory services on payroll matters Support employees with HR-related information Participate in disciplinary hearings & counselling sessions Advise managers & staff on policies, grievances & disciplinary actions Guide teams on HR procedures & practices Abilities / Competencies / Knowledge: Resilience under pressure Reliability & prioritization Attention to detail & accurate reporting Results-oriented mindset
