Resolve second-level incidents within the Self-Service Data Analytics Platform. Manage and execute service requests and operate platform-specific projects. Collaborate closely with business departments to own the customer experience. Maintain and enhance process documentation and user manuals. Coach and train colleagues and users as needed. Participate in on-call duty for high-priority support. Collaborate with 3rd level support, development, and SaaS vendor teams. Advantageous Skills: Background in software development.
