Gauteng: Account Executive – Logistics posted by Primeserv Denverdraft

Key Responsibilities:
– Logistics planning
– Capacity forecasting
– Meet customer service delivery targets and KPIs
– Manage customer expectations
– Damage investigation and root cause analysis
– Collection and delivery scheduling
– Updating and maintenance of the Vehicle Tracking System, including tracking of vehicles
– Manage monthly billing of customers
– Understand and maintain the Company’s SOPs
– Reporting on the Company’s performance in daily / monthly meetings
– Understand and maintain customer SOPs and SLAs

Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor of Commerce in Logistics, Economics and Marketing Management
– Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in Key Account Management
– Excellent communication skills
– Computer literate
– Fully conversant in Microsoft Word and Excel
– Strong administrative and organizational skills
– Time management skills
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Ability to work under pressure
– Willing to work outside of normal operating hours
– Willing to work away from your home depot when required
– Ability to work unsupervised
– Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively and efficiently
– Strong self-discipline
– Meet strict deadlines with a high level of precision
