Duties and Responsibilities:
- Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Audit, Tax & Compliance
- Operational & Analytical Support
- Automation & Process Improvement
Qualifications & Experience:
- SAIPA Registered or equivalent financial qualification
- 2-3 year experience in property accounting
- Experience in management accounting
- Knowledge of company VAT and tax
The Accountant will play a key role in reviewing financial information, preparing reports, ensuring compliance, and assisting in portfolio management meetings.
