• Grade 12 plus a recognised Diesel Technician qualification and completed apprenticeship.
• Additional qualification in business development or transport management preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a regional aftersales management role within a dealer network.
• 5+ years as a qualified technician plus 2+ years in service management.

 
Core Competencies

• Automotive technical systems, retail and dealer operations, legislation, sales and marketing principles, and corporate governance.

 
Industry Preference
Automotive sector, specifically commercial or passenger vehicles.
