Responsibilities:
- Assist in the overall management of the residence
- Facilities management
- Supervise residence staff and handle tenant concerns
- Intake process
- Ensure compliance with residence policies and procedures
- Coordinate and oversee residence events and activities
- Contribute to creating a positive living environment for residents
Qualifications:
- Local SA citizen
- Degree in Property Administration or similar discipline
- Min 5yrs experience within property | facilities management
- Excellent computer literacy
- Working knowledge of OHS legislation
- Excellent application of Basic Conditions of Employment Act
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
