Job Summary

Duties include

  • Manage incoming calls by answering, screening, and forwarding them promptly, always maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour that reflects a strong customer service focus.
  • Update DCS for Customer Service and Service Retention, conducting follow-up calls to customers at 3 days, 7 days, 6 months, and 11 months.
  • Engage in customer follow-ups and prospecting activities to boost workshop workload.
  • Accurately capture and update information in Evolve.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, escalating to management as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Maintain and organize records.
  • Complete daily activity sheets.
  • Assist the Receptionist with switchboard duties during lunch breaks.
  • Adhere to the dress code and always maintain professional grooming.
  • Execute any additional reasonable tasks as directed by management.
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence
  • Professional and courteous telephone communication
  • Reliability and consistency in task execution
  • Assertiveness in handling various situations
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in following both written and verbal instructions
  • Well-organized with solid administrative capabilities
  • Resilience under pressure, particularly with challenging customers
  • Collaborative team player with good interdepartmental awareness

Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Prior administration experience, preferably within a dealership environment
  • PC Literate – Evolve experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reside within the Gauteng Northern Suburbs or nearby
