An exciting opportunity is opening at Clarity Employee Benefits in Bryanston, Sandton. We are seeking a motivated and confident Broker Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity, whether it`s your first job or you`re looking for a new challenge.

Role and
Responsibilities:
Assist the Consultants with all administrative issues.
Assist clients with medical aid, gap insurance and retirement fund queries (telephonic and email).
Liaise with product providers to insurer queries are swift resolved.
Feedback to client on progress and resolution.
Assist Consultants with onboarding of new clients both digitally and with paperwork.
Assist with creation of PowerPoint presentations.
Organize office operations and procedure.
Required qualifications, competencies, and experience:
Matric
Additional qualification/Certificate in Office Administration will be a plus.
Microsoft Office – Full package.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Result orientated.
Reliable, tolerant, and determined.
Clear focus on high quality and business profit.
