Job Summary
Are you an SAP finance expert looking for your next challenge? Our client, a leading name in the pharmaceutical distribution industry, is seeking a Business Support Specialist – SAP Finance to join their dynamic team in Gauteng, Lea Glen.
About the Role:
As the Business Support Specialist, you will:
- Be the primary SAP support for the finance team, optimizing workflows and directing best practices.
- Troubleshoot SAP issues, propose system enhancements, and collaborate with IT to ensure process efficiency.
- Provide onsite guidance, training, and support for finance team members in leveraging SAP systems.
- Stay updated on SAP advancements to recommend innovative solutions for operational improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
- CA(SA)/MBA/CIMA preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP FICO, S/4HANA, or other relevant modules.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles (budgeting, reporting, forecasting).
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial analysis tools.
- Project management experience, with PMP or equivalent certification.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
