As 2IC to the CEO, you will have visibility across the entire business and play a central role in steering it into the future.
Other duties include:

• Driving financial strategy, governance, and compliance in line with company objectives
• Leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and hedging practices
• Managing stakeholder relationships, including direct board engagement and reporting
• Overseeing HR, IT, and other business support functions alongside finance
• Building and mentoring a high-performing team while fostering a culture of excellence

Education:

• Qualified CA(SA)

Job Experience & Skills required:

• 8 to 10 years’ experience in a senior financial management role
• At least 3 to 4 years at executive or board reporting level
• Background in subsidiary reporting or experience within a listed group environment
• Strong management experience with oversight across multiple business functions
• Technical knowledge of hedging, IFRS, tax, and compliance frameworks
• Hyperion / HFM exposure highly advantageous
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
