Qualifications:

• ITIL Practitioner (V3) / ITIL Specialist (V4)
• Citrix Certifications (CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V) – Mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
• ISO 27000 and IT security training (Advantageous)
• Prince2, PMP, or equivalent certification (Advantageous)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Citrix engineering & administration experience
• 8+ years in supporting & maintaining Microsoft Systems
  • Microsoft Server 2016, 2019, 2022
  • IIS, Remote Desktop Services, WSUS, PowerShell
• Experience in large corporate environments
• ITSM solution expertise
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• French language skills (Advantageous)
