About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CMT Floor Manager to oversee daily sewing floor operations. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met on time, with the highest quality standards and efficiency.
 
Key Responsibilities
Manage sewing floor operations and meet daily/weekly production targets.
Ensure product quality and compliance with buyer requirements.
Supervise CMT staff.
Monitor efficiency and reduce wastage, downtime, and defects.
Coordinate with cutting, finishing, and packing teams for smooth workflow.
Maintain workplace discipline, safety, and compliance standards.
 
Qualifications
5+ years in garment production management (CMT floor experience required).
Strong technical knowledge of sewing operations & garment construction.
Leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
