Job Summary
Minimum
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent
- Artisan qualification highly advantageous
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ CNC Milling Machine Programming experience
- Experienced with High Speed Milling (HSM)
- Computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, AutoDesk Inventor, G-Code Programming
- Reside on the East Rand
- Ability to travel to and from work on own accord
Job Purpose:
· Program & Operate Milling Machines, for the Manufacture of Industrial Blades, by: Reading & interpreting Blueprints and mechanical drawings.
· Monitor the machines while they are executing the tasks and adjust accordingly.
· Maintaining & cleaning machines to ensure functionality.
· Delegate Operational tasks to Operators
· Stock Take
· Assist with Department planning.
· Facilitate staff training.
· Compile weekly reports.
· Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety Procedures.
Salary offer: Negotiable dependant on skills and experience
