• Matric Plus at least 10 years Commercial / Property / Industrial Sales experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong Negotiation skills
• Strong financial acumen
• Exposure within land / commercial / industrial and township development will be beneficial.

• Liaise and negotiation with stakeholders on executive level.
• Identifying business opportunities, prospective clients
• Closing deals in a complex environment
• Sales reports
