Roles and Responsibilities
Are you a people person who enjoys solving problems and working independently. We’re looking for a driven and proactive Consultant to serve as the vital link between our office, our clients, and the City of Tshwane.
 
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of each client query — managing it from start to finish (“cradle to grave”) to ensure every case is handled efficiently and professionally.
 
 
What You’ll Be Doing:
Liaise directly with clients to understand and gather all details of their municipal-related queries.
Personally visit Tshwane municipal offices on a daily basis (Centurion, Pretoria Town, and others as required) to engage with officials responsible for processing and resolving cases.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with municipal staff to ensure efficient and timely query resolution.
Use our internal CRM system to access and update client files in real time while on the go (laptop provided).
