Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full process of Sectional Title Transfers independently.
- Draft, prepare, and process conveyancing documents accurately and timeously.
- Liaise professionally with clients, banks, deeds office, and other stakeholders.
- Open and manage files on Lexis Convey.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and firm requirements.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
- Manage deadlines effectively and provide support to the conveyancing team where required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Secretary.
- Proven expertise in Sectional Title Transfers (non-negotiable).
- Proficient in Lexis Convey.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and client service orientation.
