We are looking for a skilled CRM Project Manager to join our team on a contractual basis. As a CRM Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of customer relationship management projects. Your duties will include collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as developing full-scale project plans. You will also be in charge of managing project resources, budget, risk, and timelines to ensure successful project completion.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
• Manage project budget, resource allocation, and timelines
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Evaluate and assess result of project
• Adhere to the company`s project management methodologies

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of CRM software, particularly technical CRM systems used in the banking industry.
Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing IT projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
