We are looking for a candidate that is willing to take on any challenge that comes on their path. Someone that is goal driving and self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.

-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

-Communicate client feedback and requirements internally to relevant stakeholders.

-Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.

-Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and facilitate the transition process.

-Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators to ensure retention and growth.

-Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of client engagements.

Requirements:

-Client liaison experience (preferably one year)

-Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a similar industry or environment.

-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

-Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.

-Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office suite.

-Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate varying client needs and preferences.

-Understanding of sales techniques and strategies is a plus.

Work hours:

·          Monday- Friday: 08:00-17:00
