Job Summary
The candidate’s responsibilities will include:
- Capture recruitment and onboarding data into relevant systems accurately.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of personal information.
- Ensure that all documents and forms are correctly completed before capturing.
- Validate and verify information to ensure the correctness and completeness of all record.
- Timely data entry (within defined timeframes).
- Organize, file, and store both physical and digital records in compliance with data protection policies.
The successful candidate will have:
- Completed their degree either in: Business Administration, Law / Legal Theory, Organisational Psychology or Information Systems / Information Technology.
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in data capturing and administration.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and to deadlines.
- Have a solid Excel experience.
