About the Role

Network Finance is seeking a Data Scientist and Analytic Manager to lead our team of data scientists and analysts in building predictive models, developing AI and machine learning solutions for clients, and driving business insights. The successful candidate will have proven end-to-end predictive modeling expertise, strong AI and machine learning experience, and consulting environment experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a small team of data scientists and analysts
Build, refine, and optimise predictive models based on performance metrics
Develop and deliver AI and machine learning solutions for clients
Conduct end-to-end model development including data exploration, feature engineering, modelling, and deployment
Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations

Requirements

Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
PhD strongly preferred.
2–3 years’ leadership or management experience, including leading a small team.
Proven end-to-end predictive modelling expertise.
Strong AI and machine learning experience (non-negotiable).
Consulting environment experience advantageous.

Qualifications
