• Serve as the primary contact between the company and client organizations hosting learners
• Identify and onboard suitable employers to host learners
• Secure permanent employment opportunities for learners’ post-program
• Support learner payroll administration for seamless operations
• Build and maintain customer relationships by conducting regular site visits
• Address and resolve customer and learner concerns efficiently
• Upsell and cross-sell the company products and services as part of the project’s value offering

 
Qualifications and Experience

• Matric (Non-negotiable) 
• Diploma or Degree in Business Development, Sales, or a related field
• 3-5 years of proven experience in relationship management, client liaison, or sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Own Vehicle and valid driver’s license (essential)
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites

The right candidate should be able to work under pressure efficiently.

Salary: R20 000 – R22 500
