What You Bring

• South African citizen or valid work permit holder.
• 5+ years experience in event, banqueting, or fine-dining environments, ideally within boutique hotels, lodges, or destination properties.
• Proven success in managing large-scale events and outdoor dining experiences.
• Deep respect for local ingredients, sustainable sourcing, and mindful cooking.
• Strong leadership, time-management, and cost-control skills.
• A calm, creative presence under pressure and a love for crafting meals that connect people with place.
