What You’ll Be Doing

• You’ll manage the full scope of projects and events, including:
• Concept & proposal development (think: theme, venue, entertainment, logistics)
• Full project lifecycle ownership—from briefing to reconciliation
• Client relationship management and being the go-to contact
• Supplier and vendor coordination
• On-site event delivery and post-event reconciliation
• Basic invoicing using Sage Accounting
• Using EventsAir software (experience is a bonus, but we’ll train you if needed)

Experience in an agency or event/project management environment
