Company and Job Description:
A leading multinational organization is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee the Accounts Payable function and broader governance across its Shared Service Centre (SSC). This role reports directly to the CFO and offers a strategic opportunity to manage both transactional finance operations and cash management oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Accounts Payable team: Ensure accurate invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, and timely payment runs.
• Governance oversight: Expand beyond AP to monitor and maintain governance standards across the SSC, including transactional teams and cash management.
• Supplier & vendor management: Review and sign-off supplier reconciliations, resolve vendor queries, and handle complaints professionally.
• Team leadership: Monitor performance, conduct training, and ensure team effectiveness across multiple regions and time zones.
• Financial reporting & KPIs: Report key metrics and discrepancies to senior management.
• Intercompany & multi-currency management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of intercompany transactions.
• Process and system oversight: Onboard suppliers, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Audit & compliance support: Assist with audit requests related to accounts payable and other SSC activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with operations teams and act as an accountability partner to support business processes.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Degree or Diploma in Accounting
Experience with TMFF and SUN accounting systems
Previous exposure to Shared Service Centre governance and cash management oversight
5+ years in accounts payable or financial operations, including 3+ years in SSC management
Experience managing teams of 10 – 15 people
Strong knowledge of invoice processing, data capturing, and basic accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams); intermediate Excel skills required
Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills (English)
Multi-country/multi-currency experience highly advantageous
Intercompany transaction experience a plus
