About the Role
RareCruit is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing and creating sales proposals, presentations, and tender documentation. You will also support National Key Accounts & Regional Sales teams with all creative requirements, develop marketing and branding material in line with CI standards, and execute video editing and motion graphics projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create sales proposals, presentations, and tender documentation
- Support National Key Accounts & Regional Sales teams with all creative requirements
- Develop marketing and branding material in line with CI standards
- Design internal communication materials (posters, newsletters, digital screens)
- Execute video editing and motion graphics projects from concept to completion
- Create content for social media, presentations, and campaigns
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of all multimedia projects
- Work independently and manage deadlines, including after-hours/weekend work when required
- Collaborate with various departments to achieve desired outcomes
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Close collaboration with marketing department to brainstorm creative ideas for digital campaigns, product launches, and anything required
Requirements
- Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (or equivalent)
- Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
- Animation & Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects (2D), Blender/Cinema 4D (3D optional)
- Branding & CI Compliance: Strong understanding and application of visual identity
- Microsoft Office Suite for integration with business documents
- Ability to storyboard, conceptualize, and execute creative ideas
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Digital Marketing: understanding design best practices for digital marketing platforms
- Proactivity: Ability to think strategically when completing creative tasks and share creative ideas
