Job Description
- Lead and manage all electrical installations, maintenance, and energy management projects across commercial and residential properties.
- Develop energy strategies, efficiency initiatives, and sustainability programs.
- Oversee MV/LV systems, generators, UPS installations, and reticulation projects.
- Ensure compliance with NEC/SANS codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Mentor and train junior electricians, promoting best practices and operational excellence.
- Manage project timelines, procurement, vendors, and cost control for electrical projects.
? Requirements:
- Valid Wireman’s Licence or Master Electrician certification (mandatory)
- Proven experience with MV/LV systems, generators, electrical reticulation, and fault-finding
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Utilities and property management experience is advantageous
