Job Summary
- Brand Development and Positioning: Build and maintain a strong brand identity.
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Collaborate with the sales team to synchronise marketing and sales efforts, ensuring seamless lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Collaboration with Sales and Suppliers: Act as a central point of coordination between the marketing team, sales team, and external suppliers.
- Building and Leading a Cohesive Team: train, and mentor a high-performing marketing team capable of delivering innovative, high-impact solutions in a resource-constrained environment.
- Digital Marketing and Community Building: Oversee the digital presence, including website, social media, email marketing, and content creation, ensuring it drives engagement and lead conversion.
- Recruitment Marketing and Lead Generation: Monitor and optimise the recruitment funnel using CRM systems and data-driven insights to improve lead conversion rates.
- Event Marketing and Presence: Plan and execute high-impact events that drive student recruitment and enhance the company reputation, including webinars, open days, and exclusive gatherings.
- Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement: Establish clear systems and processes to integrate marketing efforts with sales, admissions, and delivery teams.
- Data-Driven Decision Making and Performance Tracking: Establish clear metrics to track the success of marketing initiatives in terms of revenue growth, lead generation, and brand impact.
What we’re looking for:
- We are looking for a candidate who’s a strategic thinker, a creative storyteller, and a skilled leader.
- At least 7–10 years of experience in senior marketing roles, where you’ve led teams and delivered big results.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, branding, and content creation (SEO, Google Ads, social media).
- Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot and a strong understanding of data analytics to guide decisions.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (a master’s or MBA would be a bonus).
