About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at MPRTC Recruitment in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective human resources policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. With a strong background in payroll management and MS Office proficiency, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Conduct thorough payroll administration, including salary processing and benefits management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HR functions into business operations
- Provide training and development opportunities for employees
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in human resources, with 5+ years in a managerial/supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, BEE/EE compliance, and best practices
- Payroll experience and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory)
