About the Role
As a Site Manager at Flink Recruitment, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sports and entertainment venue in Bellville. You will be expected to manage a team, ensure equipment and infrastructure are functioning properly, and maintain high standards of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Activate site running 9 hours daily, 5 days a week
- Manage opening/closing procedures
- Ensure equipment, infrastructure, and assets are functional, safe, and premium in presentation
- Manage stock, consumables, POS, and daily operational controls
- Enforce all safety and compliance standards
- Operate and troubleshoot Flightscope, bespoke camera systems, PDQ, digital screens, WiFi, and Zoho CRM
- Maintain uptime and handle escalation procedures
- Deliver weekly and monthly financial reports
- Secure new revenue through corporate days, functions, private events, and sponsored activations
- Build partnerships with HR teams, golf communities, alcohol brands, corporates, and hospitality partners
- Prepare proposals and execute premium-level events
- Handle escalations and ensure service excellence
- Manage assistants and part-time staff
- Oversee training, grooming standards, discipline, and professionalism
Requirements
- Relevant experience in site management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in technical systems such as Flightscope and Zoho CRM
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and daily operational controls
- Ability to lift up to 25kg
Qualifications
- Formal education in a relevant field (e.g. hospitality, business management)
- Relevant certifications or training in site management or customer service
Salary & Benefits
- R 18000 – R 24000 per annum
