About the Role

Job Masters (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join our team in Benoni, Gauteng. As an FMCG company, we require someone who can provide exceptional customer service, handle purchasing and procurement functions efficiently, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Internal Quotations, Sales Orders and Invoices
  • Coordinate purchasing and procurement of stock
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure efficient service
  • Maintain accurate records of quotations from suppliers and customer invoices
  • Support debtor follow-ups
  • General sales and administration duties
  • Generate new sales leads and actively pursue opportunities to grow existing client base

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Grade 12 Essential
  • Own reliable vehicle with Valid driver’s licence and Clear Criminal Record
  • Clear ITC Record
  • Must reside in the East Rand and surrounding areas (Company based in Benoni)
  • Internal Sales Experience: preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience within the FMCG Industry: an asset
  • Debtors Knowledge and basic understanding of credit control processes
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
  • Strong numerical acumen | Attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 Certificate or Equivalent
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Clear Criminal Record
  • Clear ITC Record
  • Relevant certificate or diploma in Sales, Marketing or a related field (optional)

Salary & Benefits

R15 500.00 Gross per month, plus Company Cell Phone, and a commission structure once a 3-month probation period has been successfully completed.
