Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (advantageous).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal sales, or a related role within the engineering industry, preferably electrical or instrumentation.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities.
Key Accountabilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently in the system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, logistics, and accounts, to ensure customer satisfaction.
