Job Opportunity: IT Consultant

Location: Sandton, Johannesburg (Part-time)
Our client of Hominum Solutions based in Sandton is looking for a solution-driven IT Consultant to join their team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide help-desk support to all employees
• Manage employee onboarding/offboarding (accounts, permissions, hardware)
• Ensure data security and monitor cybersecurity threats
• Liaise with software vendors and manage updates
• Troubleshoot network issues (internet, routers, etc.)
• Support SharePoint intranet platform
• Develop and maintain an internal AI framework guidebook
• Collaborate on website and booking-system maintenance with Marketing
• Ensure booking system compliance with internal policies

Candidate Profile

• Hands-on IT support experience (hardware/software troubleshooting)
• Strong cybersecurity fundamentals (threat detection, data protection)
• Eagerness to own and develop an intranet platform
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proactive problem solver with strong initiative
