About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Technician to join our team at Karebo Lighting. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide field and office-based user support on the Karebo App and Karebo Information Management System (KIMS)
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions across all platforms
- Set up, deploy, and maintain all IT equipment: laptops, mobile phones, printers, CCTV cameras, and networking devices
- Deliver desktop and first-line technical support to staff across all divisions
- Maintain an accurate IT asset register
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers
- Document IT procedures and maintain support logs
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in desktop/IT support
- Knowledge of workflow systems and business process applications
- Competence in device management (laptops, phones, printers, CCTV, networking)
- Relevant IT qualification (A+, N+, MCSE, IT Diploma, or equivalent)
- Valid drivers licence
