JNR INVOICING CLERK – TEMPORARY POSITION
* MINIMUM 2 Years INVOICING experience
* ACCPAC experience
* Invoicing of Sales Orders/Pro-forma`s
* Checking of Stock, Shipping & Invoicing of Sales Orders /
Pro-formas
* Verifying Invoices for processing
* Filing of documentation
* Controlling of all COD Customer Invoices for payment
* Assisting Debtors Clerk with outstanding COD`s report,
Monthly
* Handling of Credit/Debit Card payments
* Customer Queries
* Processing Credit Notes
* Assisisting Admin Dept, if and when required
* Clean Criminal & Credit record – will be verified
