Job Summary

- At least 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Own transport
Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight:
- Implement and oversee daily production schedules to meet output targets.
- Ensure all production activities align with company standards and project timelines.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Oversee and direct production staff, including training, development, and performance management.
- Monitor attendance, control duties assign , and ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed.
- Promote a positive work culture, addressing issues and resolving conflicts as needed.
- Quality Control:
- Maintain high standards of quality by monitoring production output and conducting regular inspections.
- Work with quality assurance teams to identify, document, and resolve quality issues.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and consistency.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to company and regulatory safety standards.
- Understanding of the OHAS act ,
- Daily Operations Supportive Roll :
- Support with equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and schedule repairs to minimize downtime.
- Track inventory levels for raw materials and work with Operations to prevent shortages.
- Maintain records of production, quality, and safety metrics for reporting purposes.
